The consumer may return the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of its receipt, provided that the goods are returned unused, clean, with tags, "odorless" (eg creams, perfumes). In undamaged packages.


 

Exchange

In order to replace the purchased goods, a new order should be placed in the comment by entering "order replacement plus order number". Exchanged products should be sent to the following address:

The package must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (purchase invoice) and a completed exchange / return form .

If the value of the replacement order exceeds the value of the products returned, the Customer Service Department will inform you about the amount of the surcharge.

The advertised products should be sent to the following address:

The shipment must be accompanied by a proof of purchase (purchase invoice) and a completed complaint form .

The complaint will be considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the advertised product along with the required documents.
